How do I take care of my products?
Please wash all the cotton items on 30 degrees. We have also highlighted the products you should dry clean on the product descriptions.
How sustainable is Harem London?
Harem London never keeps dead stock. We make our garments as we receive orders. We are a sustainable brand responsibly sourcing organic cotton and artisan fabric from small family manufacturers as well as recycling post-consumer textiles and repurpose them creating functional garments as we don’t like waste.
How can I have access to my invoice?
Your invoice is always sent to you via email upon purchase. You can contact us.
Is there a physical Harem London shop?
No, not yet. But we frequently do Pop Up shops in London where we have special offers and exclusive Harem garments. Subscribe to our newsletter and follow us on @haremlondon for Pop up news.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
How do I track my order?
Once your item is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email confirmation.
Where does Harem London ship from?
Harem London ships from our studio which is based in London.
Where to Harem London ships to?
We ship worldwide.
Can I change my shipping address?
Once your item is received, we normally ship in 1-3 working days, it is not possible to change shipping address once order is received – unless you email us immediately on the same day as order.
Can I cancel or edit my order?
Once order is received it is not possible to edit or cancel. Once payment is received you cannot edit the order, you can however receive and return the order.
RETURNS
What Is your returns policy?
You will have 14 days to return your item. Items must be in the original condition with label attached, and new condition. We will not accept any garments that has been worn or used or damaged after purchase. In case of damaged / used item, Harem London has the right to refuse refund. Non-refundable items in any condition: socks.
What is your exchange policy?
We offer exchange of size in case you would prefer a different size. For this, please email us after receiving the goods stating you would like to exchange size, please be aware that the item must be returned in the original condition (see return policy) in your expense and once item is received, we will ship the size you want to exchange to.
Who pays for costs of the return shipping?
The returning costs are at the customers own expense. Please do hold a reference / tracking number for your return shipment. Refunds will be processed once item returns our studio.
How many days do I have to return a product?
Returns must be made within 14 days of delivery.
